Premium is simple: you register, log in, and you can immediately save clients, store invoices, and view your outstanding balance overview. No complicated settings. Just do it.

Create your account. Ready within 1 minute.

2) Choose Client

Select an existing client or add a new one. Then you can invoice immediately.

3) Save Invoice

The invoice remains in your overview. Reopen, print, or download later.

Payment & Invoice

Your subscription costs €99 per year. You can start immediately after registration. For businesses, we can send an invoice upon request.

Duration & Cancellation

  • Annual: Runs for 12 months from the start date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel by emailing info@gratisonlinefactuur.nl.
  • On Time: Cancel at least 14 days before renewal (so we can stop it on time).

Important: The annual amount is for access during the full term. If you stop mid-term, the subscription will remain active until the end date.

Premium is €99 per year. So you pay once a year.
Can I cancel? And how far in advance?
Yes. Email at least 14 days before renewal to stop on time.
What happens if I stop mid-term?
Your subscription remains active until the end date of your annual period.
Will I receive an invoice for my records?
Yes. Just send an email with your business details, and we will send an invoice.
Will the free version still exist?
Yes. You can always continue to use the free invoice maker.
